“Refer A Friend” Bonus Program

 

Refer a full-time Registered Nurse or Therapist and be eligible to receive $1,000

 

Who is eligible?

Any employee (both office and field) of Personal-Touch Home Care that is in good standing (no disciplinary actions taken), in full compliance with all employment requirements, and is employed by Personal-Touch Home Care at the time of referral may participate in the Personal Touch Home Aides of New York, Inc. “Refer A Friend” Bonus Program, however the following are not eligible for the incentive reward: (1) all human resources and recruiting staff; (2) any employee(s) involved in the interview, hiring, and/or decision-making process for the referred candidate; and (3) Vice President level and above.

 

Who is a qualified referral?

Qualified applicants are:

  • Registered Nurses seeking full time employment (minimum of 30 visits per week) at Personal Touch Home Aides of New York, Inc. (our New York Certified Home Health Agency)

  • Therapists (Physical, Speech, Occupational) seeking full time employment (minimum of 25 visits per week) at Personal Touch Home Aides of New York, Inc. (our New York Certified Home Health Agency)     

                                                                                                                              

Qualified applicants may NOT be individuals who are or were:  (1) currently employed by Personal-Touch Home Care; (2) referred by someone else previously; (3) initially referred by an outside source such as an employment agency or search firm; (4) independently sourced by recruiters who are currently being considered; (5) current temporary staff, interns or contractors and (6) members or walk-ins to a Personal-Touch Home Care facility who have approached a Personal-Touch Home Care employee about employment in our offices or anyone who calls into an Personal-Touch Home Care service line or call center inquiring about employment.

                                                                     

How do I refer someone and receive the award?

All referrals should be submitted online via the link below:

You should refer a candidate only once. Referral forms will not be accepted after an individual has been offered an interview. 

 

  • The referred new hire must reach a minimum of 90 calendar days of employment for the first 50% of payout and reach 180 days of employment for the second 50% of payment; and still be actively employed and in good standing,

 

Minimum Employed Days                            Payout

After 90 employed days                               $500 Payout

After 180 employed days                             $500 Payout

 

  • The referring employee and the referred new hire must be actively employed at the time of payment

  • Referrals are valid for one year after the initial submission

 

All referrals must follow the steps above and meet the criteria referenced above.

 

 

Personal-Touch Home Care reserves the right to discontinue the “Refer a Friend” Bonus Program at its sole discretion at any time.  All decisions made by Personal-Touch Home Care regarding the “Refer a Friend” Bonus Program shall be deemed final and non-appealable.
