Hi everyone,

THANK YOU for everything you all are doing!  Keep up the communication and support for each other.  Keep thinking creatively to keep us moving forward.

The office will be closed until further notice. Please continue to work remotely to the extent you have been directed.  Please immediately coordinate with your Supervisor (they will also reach out to you) to the extent that you need to be in the office. Your Supervisor will coordinate your attendance in the office. We have a tightly managed staggered schedule to ensure very few people are in the office at any given time. And please remember, when in the office do your best to adhere to physical distancing!

Remember to:

  • Take your temperature BEFORE coming into the office – do NOT enter the building if you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath – stay home and notify your supervisor.

  • Use the phone to talk to others in the office - refrain from walking over to speak to a coworker.

  • Remain in your work space as much as possible – try not to walk around the office unless necessary.

  • Stay at your desk or at least 6 feet away when waiting to use the copier, make coffee, etc.

  • Wash your hands often; especially after touching common surfaces.

If you are coming to the office and you find the front glass door locked please text or call JoAnn (516-298-4857) or Pauline (347-572-5929); they can contact the building and have the door unlocked.

Many thanks for the continued flexibility and understanding.

Stay well.  Thanks, Rob
