"GETTING OLDER IS HARD WORK...FINDING CARE SHOULDN'T BE"
Skilled nursing care is health care given when a person needs skilled nursing staff (registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)) to manage, observe, and evaluate care. Skilled nursing care requires the involvement of skilled nursing staff in order to be given safely and effectively. The goal of skilled nursing care is to help improve the patient's condition or to maintain the patient's condition and prevent it from getting worse.
