Which funding sources does Personal-Touch accept?


Personal-Touch accepts reimbursement from a large group of payers. These include Veterans Benefits, Medicaid, Medicare and other government programs and Long-Term Care Insurance. We also accept Private Pay. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind and simplify the process. We have billing specialists who can handle the paperwork, ensure that you qualify, contact your payor to determine level of coverage and then bill appropriately and directly on your behalf.




Can I pay privately?


Personal-Touch works with clients and their families to provide home care services on a Private Pay basis. Sometimes, Private Pay becomes necessary for services that are not covered by insurances, a third party payer source or Medicaid. Private Pay services can be customized to meet your family’s needs.

I paid a deposit for my Private Duty Services, why isn't it applied to my first bill?


The deposit is held as a credit until you have completed services with Personal-Touch Home Care. Upon completion of services, we will apply the balance to your final bill and refund the difference.




Are your caregivers insured and bonded?


Yes, all Personal-Touch caregivers and home health aides are insurend and bonded.
